DO the Bikes come fully assembled

Everything except the front wheel and handlebars are assembled, however these are easy to fit and take no longer than 20 minutes. If the bike is for a minor, it is advised that an adult does this.

What if I need parts will they be available to buy from you?

Yes! A full range of brand new parts will be available for every type of bike sold.

Can these bikes be restricted in any way?

Any bike can be restricted but some in different ways. However, if this is done it will invalidate your warranty.

How much is delivery?

We offer free UK mainland within 5 working days delivery on all products. International customers or customers wanting delivery at a specific time are welcome, but will need to ring for a delivery quote.

Do you sell second hand bikes?

All of our bikes are brand new and unused. Some may under go safety tests but that is all. They also come with COC and ISO 9001 approval. This means they are all built to European standards.

What if there's a problem. Who can I ask for help?

Our customer service lines have experienced members who will do there utmost to talk you through any complications which are normally just minor adjustments.

What are the age restrictions?

As these are off road vehicles there are no age restrictions but we recommend parental supervision for children under 14.

Why are your bikes at such a low price?

We offer these bikes at trade prices. We do this because we are passionate about bikes and we wanted to set up a company that is completely customer focussed. This is why VAT is included in all prices quoted and we offer free postage and packaging.
