Warranty
Upon Delivery
Before signing to receive the goods, please check the item for any damage as you are declaring that you have received the goods in perfect condition. If you find that the item is damaged, you MUST notify us within 24 hours. We cannot be held responsible for any damage after this period. Please note that the items are delivered within steel frames so damage is unlikely to occur with the bikes, even if the boxes may be damaged.If the item is damaged upon delivery, we will either repair or replace the item in question at our discretion. Any items that are returned must be in their original packaging.
Warranty Information
Please ensure that you only ride the item once the user/owner is wholly confident that they have completed a thorough inspection beforehand.All goods supplied by Pure Rush are warranted, free of charge, from defects for 30 days from the date of delivery. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
The warranty covers the engine. Any parts which are defective must be returned to the company if asked for, to be inspected prior to sending out any replacement parts. The purchaser must pay the postage cost for the returned part. We have the final say with regards to replacement parts and no correspondence will be entered in to.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear (plastic or metal trim, replacement sticker pads, slight marks, scratches and abrasions, dents, cracks and chips).
It also does not apply to defects caused through wilful damage, accident, misuse (e.g. not completing the run-in period, poor fuel/oil mix, full throttling for extended periods), negating to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, failure to follow Pure Rush’s instructions and any alteration or repair carried out without our approval.
The warrantee also does NOT cover any bikes used commercially, or bikes that are resold or rented by you.
Nor does it cover damage to the bike caused by use in wet weather or over wet ground.
